Complete Rules:

Article 1 — Objective

Noubaby Inc., in collaboration with Goldtex, is organizing a contest* (hereinafter referred to as the “Grand Parent’issime Giveaway”), from November 1, 2024, to November 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST via the website www.concoursbb.com.
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on November 30, 2024 (the “contest closing date”).

The contest period will last a total of thirty (30) days (a “monthly contest draw period”). For the purposes of this contest, a “month” is defined as the period starting on the first business day of the month at 12:01:00 AM (ET) and ending on the last day of the calendar month at 11:59:59 PM (ET). The contest computer system (the “contest computer”) governs all IT and time-related aspects of the contest (including the date and time at which entries are received) and serves as the official device for contest timing.

Article 2 — Participation

2.1 Access to the contest

To participate in the Contest, the participant must be a legal resident of Quebec and must have reached the age of majority in their place of residence at the time of entry. Only one entry per person per month is allowed. Upon selecting winners, the Organizing Company reserves the right to request proof that participants meet these requirements. Any person who does not meet these requirements or refuses to provide proof will be disqualified and, in the case of winning, will not be eligible to receive the prize. Similarly, any false statement or misrepresentation of identity or address will result in the participant's immediate disqualification. Participation in the Contest implies full acceptance of these rules.

Employees, representatives, agents, officers, and directors (including their immediate family members and anyone residing in the same household, whether related or not) of Noubaby Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates (including but not limited to its parent, sibling, or subsidiary companies), all advertising and promotional agencies, and all suppliers of materials or services related to the contest are not eligible to participate in the contest or receive a prize. For the purposes of these official rules, “immediate family member” refers to a parent, mother, sister, brother, son, daughter, and spouse, including common-law partners, regardless of residence. Groups, clubs, organizations, businesses, and commercial or non-commercial entities are not eligible to participate.

2.2 Participation Guidelines

Noubaby Inc. will publish the contest on the website www.concoursbb.com, featuring a page dedicated exclusively to the Grand Parent’issime Giveaway.
Visit the site and click on the contest button. Complete the online entry form by providing your first name, last name, full email address, primary phone number, city of residence, postal code, preferred language, and the baby’s due date or date of birth.
Confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the official rules by checking the designated box. Then select the “Submit” icon. Once your entry is received, you will receive a “thank you” email.
The winner will be selected by random draw under the supervision of Noubaby Inc.

Participation in the contest is exclusively via the website www.concoursbb.com. Therefore, any entry by phone, fax, postal mail, or email will not be considered. By entering the contest, participants fully accept these rules, the code of conduct applicable on the internet, and all relevant laws and regulations for free contests.
Any incomplete, inaccurate entry or entry that does not comply with the above guidelines will not be considered and will result in disqualification.

Article 3 — Prizes

The winner of the contest (the "winner") will receive the announced prize. Prize details will be determined solely by Noubaby Inc. No other prize substitutions are allowed, except at the discretion of Noubaby Inc. The prize is non-transferable. No prize substitution or transfer/assignment of the prize to third parties is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes authorization for Noubaby Inc. to use the winner’s name, image, and participation for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Article 4 — Prize Allocation

The winner will be contacted by Noubaby Inc. within 7 days of the contest closing date by email and phone to obtain their full contact information (first name, last name, full address, phone number, email), which is necessary to allocate the prize.
The winner’s name and city of residence will be displayed on the contest page.
The prize will be sent by our partner within four weeks.

Noubaby Inc. cannot be held responsible if the winner cannot receive notifications due to spam, junk mail, or other security settings, or if the winner provides incorrect or non-functional contact information. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the announcement, they will be considered to have forfeited the prize, and a new winner will be selected.

The winner must comply with the rules. If it is determined that the winner does not meet the criteria outlined in these rules, the prize will not be awarded.

The prize cannot be subject to any dispute or claim of any kind. The winner agrees not to hold the Organizing Company responsible regarding the prize.
The prize must be accepted as announced. No modifications of any kind can be requested by the winner, for any reason. No substitute, compensation, or financial equivalent of the prize can be requested, either in whole or in part.

It is specified that the Organizing Company will not provide any additional services or guarantees, as the winnings consist solely of the prizes listed above.
Any violation of these official rules by the winner (at the sole discretion of Noubaby Inc.) will result in the disqualification of the winner as the contest winner, and all winner privileges will be immediately terminated.

The prize will be sent directly to the winner's home at no charge. Alternatively, prizes may also be picked up directly at the Goldtex store in Lasalle in exchange for a $50 gift card.

Article 5 — Prize Attribution

By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and discharge the Released Parties from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages caused by, or arising from, participation in the Contest. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Released Parties shall not be held liable for (a) any incomplete or inaccurate information caused by, or originating from, Contest participants, users of the Contest website, or equipment or programming associated with the Contest or used in connection with it, or any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any theft, destruction, unauthorized access, or alteration of entries or the Contest website; (c) any problems or technical failures of telephone networks or lines, online computer systems, servers or service providers, computer equipment, software, viruses, or bugs; (d) any failure of the Contest website; (e) any failure to receive any entry for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, internet traffic, or any combination thereof; (f) any damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the Contest, or from downloading or accessing materials related to the Contest; (g) any printing, distribution, programming, or production errors, or any other errors or malfunctions of any kind; (h) any technical, graphical, typographical, or editorial errors or omissions contained herein; (i) any person being incorrectly and/or mistakenly identified as a Winner; and/or (j) any combination of the above.

The organizing company reserves the right to take necessary and discretionary actions in case of any violation of its computer system or if deemed necessary for any other reason.

Article 6 — Access and Interpretation of Rules, Modifications

6.1 Access

No oral inquiries regarding the contest will be answered.
Any complaints must be submitted in writing to the Organizing Company before November 30, 2024.

6.2 Interpretation of Rules
Any questions regarding the application or interpretation of the rules, or any unforeseen questions that may arise, will be resolved conclusively by the organizing company.

6.3 Modifications
Noubaby Inc. reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, or cancel the contest at any time, particularly in cases of force majeure, without participants being entitled to any compensation.

Article 7 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The Contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Subject to limitations under any applicable law, issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, or enforceability of the Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants, Noubaby Inc., or other Released Parties will be interpreted and governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable thereto, without regard to rules or provisions regarding choice of law or conflicts of law that would lead to the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Article 8 — Information

By registering for the “Grand Parent’issime Giveaway,” you explicitly agree that the information you provide will be governed by the privacy policy of www.concoursbb.com and acknowledge that your personal information may be shared with its partners, affiliates, and advertisers to develop new products and services, and to offer educational, financial, and other features through our Services, in accordance with the law or as outlined in our privacy policy.

You also give explicit consent for the partners and affiliates of www.concoursbb.com to contact you by email, phone, or to request additional information for promotional purposes. You may contact Noubaby Inc. at info@noubaby.com at any time to unsubscribe and request removal from our contact lists. For more information about our partners, affiliates, advertisers, and our privacy policy, please visit our website.

Article 9 — Rights granted by you

By submitting content (such as a photo, video, text, etc.), you understand and agree that Noubaby Inc., anyone acting on behalf of Noubaby Inc., and Noubaby Inc.’s licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and worldwide, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, photo, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, and biographical information for news, advertising, informational, trade, publicity, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Optional language for contests: By participating in this contest, you represent and warrant that your submission is an original work and does not violate any third-party property or intellectual property rights. If your submission infringes on another’s intellectual property rights, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Noubaby Inc. If the content of your submission is alleged to infringe on any proprietary or intellectual property rights of a third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle such claims. You must indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Noubaby Inc. from any suit, proceeding, claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense that Noubaby Inc. may incur, suffer, or be required to pay as a result of such infringement or alleged infringement of any third-party rights.
